Complimentary Introductory Calls offer the opportunity to learn more about Breathe & Grow Wellness Coaching and explore what vision and values shape your life, and how they impact your dreams for optimal health and well-being. We will also discuss the structure of our sessions and what would benefit you the most. This will be a fun time for you to consider what changes you might make in order to create more meaningful, healthy, and vibrant life.

Micro-sessions are an excellent place to start, especially if you know what area you want to focus on. These sessions are fun and laid back but powerful in forming a process for change in desired areas. Life has many aspects that make it vibrant and meaningful, including physical health, relationships, work-life balance, stress management, spirituality, and our environment may influence your health and well-being. We can discuss any of these areas in coaching.

6-week health and wellness coaching series offers the opportunity to dive deep into all areas of your health and well-being and uncover what changes you might want to consider. During this time, you will have the chance to explore your vision of what a healthy and vibrant life looks like, what you value and what is vital in your life. This series will include goal-setting, establishing incremental action steps, and will leave you equipped to achieve lasting change.
Meet Lisa
I am so happy you are here. After a career in corporate and non-profit positions, I decided to make a shift in my mid-50’s and become a Duke Certified Health and Well-Being Coach. A lifelong student, I attended Yoga Teacher Training in my mid-40’s and enjoy sharing yoga on women’s retreats. Holding space for clients as a non-judgmental partner in achieving desired behavior change has been an exciting and fulfilling next step in my journey. Staying active and aging gracefully are goals that help me continue to live a vibrant life. Gathering family and friends is a big part of what makes my life rich and meaningful. Spending time on lakes and in the mountains nourishes me and calms my soul.
